Dave Goldfain
Founder and CMO
Dave loves helping brands grow. For over 25 years, he has helped develop audiences around products, services, and causes. He has led strategic planning, marketing and brand campaigns for agencies and in-house teams from Colorado to New York. He helped lead global brand campaigns for Pepsi International and eight of its brands, as well as Gatorade and Starbucks, equipping markets to adapt locally for cultural relevance. He has worked with partners such as the NFL and NASCAR, Paramount and Disney, gaming entities, and musical artists. Above all, Dave’s passion is cultivating audiences for missions that have a lasting impact.

Scott Steele
Partner
Scott has 30 years of helping develop non-profits, coaching executives, and leading fundraising strategies. He lived and worked in the Dominican Republic for 10 years to help begin Young Life’s work there and in Haiti.
In 1999 he co-founded the Milagros Foundation, an organization that works in over 20 countries with 35 ministry partners with culturally-relevant activation. He led development efforts for a global medical organization (MMI) for 8 years, has taught fundraising to nationals in over 45 countries, and he has a passion for coaching those starting non-profits and foundations.

Jeff Simpson
Head of Creative
Jeff is passionate about bringing to life inspiring creative solutions for brands. In his approach, it’s not just about what resonates, it’s about developing what works to help drive impact and build brands.
His professional journey has woven through several global agencies, and a couple businesses of his own. He served as the in-house Chief Creative Officer and VP of Creative Development at Playful Studios in McKinney, Texas, where he continues developing IP and has been the co-owner of Day 6 Creative alongside his wife for 20 years. Day 6 has helped organizations connect with their customers through powerful visuals, most notably for Disney, Lucasfilm, Hasbro, Warner Bros, and Mattel.

Dita has parlayed her love for words into a 20+ year career in copywriting and content strategy, helping brands develop and strengthen their own unique voices. She believes words have the power to help organizations forge happy, prosperous relationships with their audiences, driving meaningful – and measurable – affection and loyalty.
By working alongside nonprofits to inspire community and engagement through clear, actionable key messages and an authentic voice and tone, Dita is able to develop strong, confident communication strategies that generate results. She has written for companies that span the gamut, from web retailers and print catalogs to international nonprofits and blue chips.
